Head Pizza Chef
Lead our kitchen team in crafting authentic Neapolitan wood-fired pizzas. You'll oversee daily kitchen operations, mentor junior staff, and help develop seasonal menu additions that honor our Italian heritage.
- 3+ years experience in professional kitchen environment
- Knowledge of Neapolitan pizza techniques and wood-fire ovens
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Food safety certification (ServSafe preferred)
Front-of-House Server
Deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests with warm hospitality and expert knowledge of our menu. You are the face of Punch Pizza and the reason guests keep coming back.
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend and evening availability required
Kitchen Prep Cook
Support our chefs in preparing fresh ingredients, sauces, and doughs daily. This role is perfect for those beginning their culinary journey and eager to learn from seasoned pizza artisans.
- No prior experience required — we train you
- Passion for food and willingness to learn
- Ability to work morning prep shifts (6AM–2PM)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
Shift Supervisor
Oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring quality standards and guest satisfaction are always met. You'll lead and motivate the team while managing inventory and cash operations.
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Experience with POS systems and scheduling
- Open availability including nights and weekends
Delivery Driver
Represent Punch Pizza in the community by delivering hot, fresh pizzas with a smile. A great fit for those who enjoy driving and pride themselves on reliability and friendly service.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle with insurance
- Familiarity with Minneapolis neighborhoods
- Friendly, professional demeanor
Marketing Coordinator
Help tell the Punch Pizza story through compelling social media content, photography, and community engagement. Ideal for creative individuals with a passion for food, storytelling, and digital marketing.
- Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Basic photography and editing skills (Canva, Adobe)
- Strong writing and communication abilities
- Genuine enthusiasm for food and local businesses
